Use the yellow (red-white composite) output jacks on the VCR to connect to the same type of input on the TV screen. To see the video, select it (entry, if the VCR is connected to see) on their remote control. It can be a menu function or a button on the label of the release or remote source. The input select your wishes may be called something like "AV1" or "AUX 1".
Might be able to buy a certain type of cable is the VGA cable, but can give an HDTV. Look around a bit.
Video output to the yellow video and red / white inputs on your TV.
